Overview

In this course offered by Duke Divinity+, you’ll learn how to discern a vision for your church and how to realize it theologically. First, we’ll discuss strategic management approaches and how to employ them theologically as strategic stewardship.

In each of the four weeks of this course, we’ll focus on a different aspect of strategic stewardship: vision, core values, goals and objectives, and metrics. In doing so, we’ll establish a practice of how to be a pastoral leader capable of assessing and developing plans for establishing strategic stewardship at your church.
