Faithful discipleship refers to more than your Sunday service. Learn how to run your church faithfully and competently with the Church Administration Course Series offered by Duke Divinity School. The course series consists of four courses:

• Theology and Time Management, in which you will learn how to approach church administration theologically and how to better steward your time;
• Strategic Management for Churches, in which you will learn how to discern and establish church vision, core values and culture, goals and objectives, and metrics;
• Human Resource Stewardship for Churches, which focuses on helping church leaders develop healthy frameworks and practices for human resource management; and
• Financial Stewardship for Churches, which contextualizes specific business financial practices with a theological focus.

While we recommend proceeding through the courses in the order listed above, all courses in the series can be taken in any order if you prefer a different starting point.
