As an online course builder, Tara helps design, develop, and implement online courses for Duke CIT. With over 10 years of teaching experience, 6 of which have been dedicated to teaching online, Tara has extensive knowledge of online course development, programs, and tools that greatly contribute to her ability in building MOOCS or designing programs for Sakai. Building online courses allows Tara to amalgamate two things she is most passionate about: Education and Technology. Tara has a BA in English from California Sate University, Fresno and looks to complete her Masters Degree in Education.
