In this four-week Coursera course, we’ll unravel stress’s impact on your work environment, well-being and patient care. Beginning in Week 1, we’ll introduce you to a common vocabulary to discuss stress. Week 2 dives into the Stress First Aid peer support model and the principles of continuous, primary, and secondary aid. Week 3 focuses on personal well-being and how you can promote wellness at your workplace. And, in Week 4, you’ll learn practical Stress First Aid applications through case study applications.
